The poems in our collections are the property of the authors. By signing this agreement, you are giving Tangled
Web Press the authorization to publish your poem(s) in one or more of their printed collections and on their
websites.

Tangled Web Press makes no other claims of ownership or copyright of your poems. The authors retain all
rights of ownership.

For financial consideration, each author whose poetry is published in one of our printed collections will receive
1 (one) free copy of the book in which their poetry appears, and royalty payments in the amount of .02 (two
cents) per book copy sold, to be paid on an ANNUAL basis.

Final selection of all poems to be included in our collections will be made at the discretion of Tangled Web
Press and their Editors. Adult and/or inflammatory content will not be considered. All poems published in our
collections must be the original work of the authors and must have been posted on the Internet.
