The poems posted to our websites and/or used in our printed collections are the original property of the author and will remain the original property of the author. By signing this agreement, the author is giving Tangled Web Press authorization to publish the author's poem(s) in one or more of their printed collections and on their websites for a period of one year.

Tangled Web Press makes no claims of ownership or copyright of the author's poems.

For financial consideration, each author whose poetry is published in our printed collections will receive 1 (one) free copy of the book in which their poetry appears and royalty payments in the amount of .02 (two cents) per book copy sold at full retail price, or a percentage equal to the percentage of discounted sales, to be paid on an ANNUAL basis.

Final selection of all poems to be included in our collections will be made at the discretion of Tangled Web Press and our Editors.

Adult and/or inflammatory content will not be considered. All poems published in our collections must be the original work of the authors and must have been posted on the Internet.
